What's the ID number of your most recent support ticket?
Why do support tickets get closed with no answer? I have followed protocol and opened a support ticket and then a few days later it was closed with no answer. I opened another support ticket and the same thing happened. I understand this is a free service but what is the use of having a support system if the tickets just get closed? I'm not opening the tickets to waste x10's time and these issues happened after Chopin was moved. I don't know what is wrong with my websites. I search the forums looking for an answer and when I can't find a suitable answer I open a ticket and then get ignored.
Sorry for the rant but if I need help and follow the proper chanels I think I should at least get some answer.
