Ticket system - seems like no one is looking into it.
Raised a ticket about Cloudflare and no response for 1 week - got it resolve with Cloudflare support within an hour.
It says Illuminated support but I don't see any difference with free hosting other than site is being hosted on separate server.
Is x10hosting understaffed?
I know the cost of Illuminated plan is not much - almost free, but atleast someone need to look into isolated problems when reported in ticket system(accounts issue etc)
I tried to use IRC but because of the time difference, can never get a support real time hence i raised a ticket hoping to get a reply.
