    Can you create a forum in Polish language? There are many people talking and writing in Polish language!!

    I think he was meaning that you guys add a Polish language pack or something to the vBulletin setup or create another forum for Polish users. Since it is in feedback and suggestions it is most likely not asking permission to setup his own polish only forum on his hosting account. Anyway, he can do that if he wanted to, all he has to do is make sure that English is his main language
