I saw the same skin as the forum on http://www.script-o-matic.net/forum/ and I think they may have ripped it if it isn't a free skin.

Yes it's from vBStyles and it's called "satellite". I bought one way back in the ages.

But from self-experience with vBulletin, No skin has protection like other products like hacks and scripts
