Suspended account list

Hi x10hosting,

HAve been searching but did not find and thus this suggestion.

Can we have a list of suspended accounts so we know if our account is suspended or just a downtime? This would shorten the wait and suspense.

Thanks for having a great site for beginners and pros alike. Am still learning and just found out about auto install scripts. That's great. Thanks

You do not need a list. If your account is suspended, you would see this: http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/

If the server was down, you would not see anything, or you would get an error message.

Thanks madmatt. So my site was just having some down time. Have enjoyed x10hosting thus far. Only that once my site was down.

but to confirm if your site has REALLY been suspended, admins could put the site and why suspended so it would save time and problems by users posting in support which the admind will have to spend days searching through to rectify the problems and read all 'help site suspended' posts

We cant do that, as we feel it would be wrong to disclose that information to anyone who visits the suspended account.
