If i was a Admin for a day i would choose a Member and give him/her a Free Domain.

Allright That's hard to imagine for me.But if I were then I might have suspended every inactive user and give rewards to the users by examining their posts and sites, by highliting their work in home page.

That brings back memories. I got in some trouble in high school when I figured out how to make that very same picture print out on a dot matrix printer in the school office. Printer moaned and groaned and snapped and crackled for whined for good 20 minutes. Assistant principal was not amused. I was in a computer science class at the time. Tried to convince them it was an assignment from instructor. Nobody believed me.
