X10's support pages aren't working for me, can't login nor register...


Anyway, I find it would be logical to post my problem here (Yes, I have read the sticky). Recently I have become suspended because of "Phishing"... All I have been doing lately was modifying forum software. This is going to be a real pain if I can not AT LEAST retrieve my data I was editing (haven't made backups in a couple of days).

A possibility is that a recent intrusion on my secondary computer is still valid. I have had a few confidential password files stolen and played with, I changed the passwords and had a attempt at removing the infection and I guess there was some vital 'parts' still left. I ran a quick scan with BitDefender and cleaned everything up, i also went through the Windows registry and removed anything that I am not aware of (a few suspicious EXE run commands). I also after that, ran a HiJackThis and got a clean verification from 'others'.




If I am still unable to continue using my X10 account, may I still receive my software and mySQL database.
