Another user is having the same problem right now, I'd almost guarantee it's a temporary server problem having to do with new accounts.

If you are on the Starka server, your website will be down for a while as we recompile Apache. You can find the original Service Alert here:

Otherwise, if you're not on Starka, the downtime may be caused by a brief server resource overload, and will be back momentarily.
