unable to login into hosting account

Hello

I signed up for an x10 hosting account for the domain "moused.co.cc", however I am now unable to log into my hosting account, only the forums after resetting my password - can you help?

How long ago did you register?

I can't see any details of your hosting account associated to your forums account. If it was too long ago, it's possible your hosting account has been deleted. If you signed up very recently, it could be in the creation queue.

Thanks for the response - I signed up a fortnight ago, but went on holiday and this is the first chance I've had to do anything... will it have been deactivated? I signed up with co.cc but now I am confused! Will I need to sign up again?

The site you listed shows as being hosted by x10 (generic new site welcome page). Cannot tell if it yours or someone else has it.

Login with Forum username/password. Continue to Account Panel. Info on the left should tell you what your cPanel username is. On the right you can set/reset cPanel password. That should get you into cPanel.
