Why Account suspended eventhough i was active once in 14 days?

hello,

my account is being suspended in every 2 days with a notice that if you have been inactive or you hav not logged in for last 14 days. But I login everyday altleast once. May be there is some error with your analysing method for inactivity.

Please help me and solve my frequent account suspensions.

Make sure that you log in the forums, not the account panel. Also, you may want to read http://parkzer.co.cc/x10hosting.php?id=inactivity#2 to make sure that you are picked up by the system.

1. Do you understand that you have to log on here, to the forums, not the cPanel?
2. Do you understand that you have to log on, no just visit?
3. Do you understand that the system takes a few minutes to recognize your visit? Just logging in here and then closing the window will not count.
4. Make sure you log into the forum before you unsuspend yourself. If you unsuspend yourself first, the system tends to suspend you again. It takes a while for the suspension to go through the system, so you do not see it right away.
