I cant login to my ftp account.

I have tried logging in through my ftp client, Fetch, which always has let me login in the past and I have tried to login through the site's built in login which i have done in the past and neither lets me login. Fetch keeps saying connecting and the built in page on the site never gets past the login. I let it sit for 5 mins and it never got further. I manage a friends site on here and have been able to connect to it through both methods listed above. My password is correct as it is set to remember on both fetch and firefox and I have also typed it in manually multiple times. Make sure that you are using the correct host name. It's http://yoursite.com:21 or http://ftp.yoursite.com:21
