I got this notification message "10 days registered" Whats that mean ?
And what are credits ? I got 15 ! whats the use of it ?

And is there anything I have to keep in mind ? like logging in to forums.x10hosting.com to keep my account alive....

credits can be used to purchase things, either from other members (for instance advertise on their site) or some items from x10hosting.com, which you can see here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/rewards.php

The message just means you have been registered at the forum for 10 days.

Yes, you need to login to the forums at least once every two weeks to keep the account active, posting is optional. Though it is recommended that you take a few minutes to check whats new.
