Not able to access Cpanel file manager

I am not able to access the cpanel i am a regular member who daily visit the cpanel and forum but unfortunately i am not able to access c apnel file manager.it log on into the cpanel but when i click on file manager and to public directory then cpanel log in page appears i tried to log in the page but it loads int o cpanel not into the file manage my cpanel address is::

Try using the cPanel address http://studentsden.x10hosting.com:2082 instead.

If that doesn't help, clear your browser cache, and flush your DNS.

The cPanel URL that you are using is fine.

Make sure you are inserting the proper username. Your cPanel username is:

gullu

Note that the username in cPanel is case-sensitive.

Are you saying that you can log onto the cPanel.

But if you click on the FileManager, the File Manager Directory Selection Selection pops up and you tell it to go to public_html, instead of going there, the cPanel signin screen appears again, right?

You sign in again, but it sends you to the cPanel and not the FileManager, right?
