can't log in to control panel

I can't seem to log into my account. My websites are still up but I can't access the control panel. I notice others are having this problem. What's the deal?

I'm not sure what the deal is. It is temporary, if it's not resolved in an hour or two, come back and post here. I've already escalated a thread related to this one, staff is aware of the issue.

Please let me know what's the issue that you have when try to access in your AMS (x10hosting.com/panel.php), or let mw know if the issue is in your cpanel (starka.x10hosting.com:2082).

Are you sure you're logging in with the correct information? Your cPanel username is:

ted789

Note that the cPanel username is case sensitive.

Also, please copy and paste any error messages you are receiving.
