Account Suspension: No Site

Hello,
My account has been suspended because i have not yet created a site.
When I try to login to my cPanel, it doesn't take my login information and tells my that it is incorrect.
I have tried to change it through my main account, but the "pending request" disappears when I refresh... please help me...

cPanel is not accessible when you are suspended.

In TOS it is stated that each user should have a site/personal page up within 1 week.

I have unsuspended your account, please sort this as soon as possible.

I have just reviewed your account, and noticed that you have a website buried in some directories. Please note that you have to have an index page that appears when you visit your root domain instead of a directory listing. I recommend that you set up a redirection by creating an index.html or index.php page so you will not be resuspended by our website review team for having no website.
