Free forum hosting service

Hey,
I want to start a free forum hosting service. At the moment paypal has been driving me crazy so I am looking to come ony our free plan for a couple weeks then upgrade to your paid.

I was wondering do you accept free forum hosting services ? (People fill in form it creates their forum)

I do not believe that you are allowed to create hosting accounts on your free hosting account. I would not recommend doing this even if it is allowed because you will be responsible for your users using too much bandwidth, disk space, illegal software, illegal downloads and etc.

If you still would like to try to do this, I will ask a staff member if this is allowed.

Here is why I don't believe it is allowed on free hosting:

Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.
