    Premium hosting question

    Hello,

    I am thinking of moving to a premium server, but on the free server currently, I often experience slow downs and my website going down (its down now!). I am just wondering do I change servers when I get a premium servers so I am not sharing it with free users and will I not experience my website going down as it is now, and any slowdowns?

    If you purchase the premium hosting then you will be moved to premium servers which has better support and less downtime as compared to free servers.

    yes, the servers holding premium accounts are different from the servers holding free accounts.

    On the servers for premium accounts you only share with other premium users, which is a significantly lower number per server then the free accounts have.

    Thank you. Hopefully my website wont be down on the premium servers like it is now lol


    How can I upgrade my account for the $4.95 a month premium hosting?

    Can I also pay monthly via PayPal and not Direct Debit?

    The premium accounts comes with an uptime guarantee, and due to the fact there's less users per server, and that paying clients are less likely to abuse the service the paid servers are far more stable.

    To upgrade you first sign up for the new premium account, once it's all up and running you submit a ticket through the client area you will get access to (priority support) and request the free account to be moved over.

    Paying monthly using a PayPal subscription works just fine, though if you pay yearly you get a small discount, if I'm not mistaken youl only pay the for equivalent of 10 months if you chose yearly payment.

    OK I ordered my premium account. "Doonsroom.vm".

    I opened a support ticket asking for my free account to be converted, how long do you think until it converts?

Please note it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply, so please be patient, as staff are extremely busy, and work very hard to keep x10 running smoothly.
