Why no site shows

I had a site up, then I tried posting a new site, and theres nothing there. Homepage is index.html in public_html folder. Check suspensions and im not suspended. Is it cause I didnt place an ad? My account says ad free, but i'll add an ad if I have to.

Did you uploaded a site to your public_html

then it will showup automatically. Make the main file as index.html or index.php according to your language what ever you are using.

First time I tried your site (http://rpgrevolution.elementfx.com right?), got nothing (IE undable to display page).
Just tried again and it shows up fine.
