I am suspended for high system resource usage. But i am not install any new plugin. Can you please check and do the needfull.

Please also guide me for reason to stop these kind of issues not happened again.

The 1st and 2nd high resource usage can be unsuspended by yourself through account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

But for the 3rd the staff has to do it for you.
