Cannot access phpMyadmin

When I clicked on phpMyAdmin under databases, it directed me to /PhpMyAdmin.html it then re-directed me to an error page as shown in the following URL,

I will escalate this ticket up to a higher tier so someone able to check the Absolut cPanel can see if there are any problems with phpMyAdmin that we are unaware of.
