Cant access my website or ftp

Hello:

This is the first time i have trouble with my website but today, January 1st, for some reason I am having serious trouble opening my website (www.psicoterapiayaprendizaje.com) or access it via ftp to modify my files.

Can you guys tell me why this happened and when is my site going to be back online? Also, as im about to start a Google Adwords campaign, i need to know if this problem can happen again, because i could loose money for this.
