    co.cc domain issues

when I registered an account with your service I picked a co.cc domain name majx.co.cc. When I tried to view my domain it said that it was available and not yet registered. After 2 day I decided to register the domain and point it to the dns servers but when I try to park the domain it tells me that I can't because it's my primary domain name. I am not sure if I did something wrong or if the service did not register the domain properly??

Any help would be appreciated and welcome.

    Re: co.cc domain issues

if you already have it as your primary domain, there's no need to park it. The domain is already associated with your account.

It is correct that you needed to register the domain with co.cc, we don't do that for you. Now you just need to make a small configuration for the domain over at co.cc. You need to configure the domain to use our name servers: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

I think if this is your primary domain name, you do not need to adding it again via cPanel, just install the software (there are option to choose domain when you installing the software).

After you make the change LadyAnna mentioned above clear your cache and flush your DNS and try again.

Once you put in nameservers, it could take up to 48 hours to apply.

I can go directly to your site now. It will probably take you longer since the old DNS info will be cached.
