Email Error with Setting up Outlook

I have been trying to set up my email with outlook
first I tried with pop 3 and was getting errors that Oulook could not connect to your outgoing (SMTP) server

When I tried the IMAP setting I get the following error after importing the reg file from the email settings in the control panel

IMAP server issued a unrecognized greeting. and when I click on the details button I get this

K Dovecot ready.
