Unable To Get On My Site

Hi i just tried to get onto my cpanel and it wouldnt load. I then tried to get onto my main site and that wouldnt work either. My site is http://crystalc.x10hosting.com

Has it been deleted. If so is there anyway you can at least get the account back. I have a backup of the site on my computer. Please help. I tried another site and that was up. I dont have ads on my site but im using the static package and when i looked at the codes there was none for that. Then i asked about it and was told i dont need ads on a static package. Please help someone.

EDIT : Yay bac up. Also i have to say that i love x10hosting. Best hosting site in the world.
