MySQL problem

For some reason it says "MySQL Databases / 3". And then I tried to get on my forum but the MySQL database is missing... Please help me! Is all my MySQL database files deleted? Please help me...

My server crashes too much... And I hope the MySQL comes back on.

I was cleaning out my folders, and I thought I deleted something I shouldn't have..

But after seeing multiple topics with the same issue I'm experiencing, I'm thinking it's the server, not my carelessness.

Hopefully this will get fixed soon.. I'm starting to get tired of all the various problems the server I'm on has. =/
