    WordPress BackUp

Can you guys help me with a backup for WordPress? I have upgraded a plug-in which is not working out. I also cannot find a way to go back to previous version. I did the upgrade around 8AM this morning, 02-01-10. So if you can get me back to WordPress anytime before this morning at 8AM, it would help tremendously.

    Thanks for your help!!

Have you tried removing/renaming the plugins file in the wordpress's plugin folder?

    Re: WordPress BackUp

Thanks for your reply. Can you tell me if my site crashed completely and I needed a backup re-installed. Would you be able to do that? I believe that is what I am asking. I want my site to be returned to a state prior to this morning at 8am. I am not too technical, but is that possible? I told you about WordPress because that is where the problem is, but would a total site backup accomplish the same thing, and is that at all possible?
    Edit:
That's the problem Vigge_sWe. The plug-in's author did suggest backing up the current folder before you upgraded, and I just did not know how to do it. I didn't think it would create a problem anyway, since the version I was using was working so well. But, that was a big mistake. Instead of backing up the folder, I simply deleted it, and again, not a smart move. That's why I was hoping i could just get the site restored as if it had crashed. I honestly hope it can be done!!
