    Exclamation No access to my account.

    Dears Sirs,
    My account has been inactive for a long time, but now I would like to reactivate it, but it does not recognise my login user; you recommend to go to the panel control, but it does not recognise me either. On the other hand, if I try to recreate the account it says that the login user is already busy by other user.
    Let me know how can I unsuspend my account, please.

    If you are inactive for a long time. Then your account is already terminated.

    You are free to create new account.

    You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity.

    You can`t use the same email address. because it is not totaly removed from x10hosting. There is a bug is system. admins are working to correct this.

    For now. Use different email address
