can't connect to website or cpanel on stoli server

Hi,

I can open up my account management system.

My account is stated as 'in good standing', suspension report does not show any suspension.

When I click on my website link it is page not found

When I click on my cpanel it is page not found

It was working yesterday the 1st of Feb 2010.

What is causing this ? is it anything to do with server work ?

Although stoli is now 100% back up I still can't access my website and I get an invalid password when I try to log into cPanel. I need access to the ftp area.

I have flushed my DNS


my cPanel is http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082
user name is twedds

If you can't see why it is doing this please reset my password for me.

You can reset the cpanel password in your account management panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php
use you forum username to login.

Try to reset the cpanel password in your account as i said above.

I tried resetting the cPanel password but still get a login error when trying to log into cPanel.

Seems lots of people are having the same problem.

Does anyone have any other ideas ?

Is it possible to setup a new account with the same settings as the old one to at least get access to my ftp area ?

Your Forums Account is not linked with any hosting account.
What is your cpanel username??

Sorry I posted that last message while logged in on a wrong account, mrtwedds which as you rightly point out is not linked to any account.

This is my correct account mrtwedds2 it is linked to cPanel user account twedds
