SQLYog Help

I am attempting to connect to the mysql server using SQLYog on my computer, but I keep getting an error.

Error No. 1045
Access denied for user
'myUsername'@'blablabla.cpe.net.cable.rogers.com' (using password: YES)

I have entered the correct information and also added my ip to my cpanel Remote Database Access Hosts. but it still does not seem to work.

If there's any way to connect to mysql using SQLYog on my side please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated.

Remote MYSQL is not allowed on Free Accounts. thats why it is not working.
