Hi Adam Fekete,

It seems your forum account is not linked with hosting account, As you already said you didn't logged into forums for over 4 weeks, Probably suspended and then terminated due to inactivity, If you want to know exactly what happend provide us the cpanel username

By the way you are free to re register hosting account with same forum account.

You need to login to forums atleast every 31 days to avoid inactivity, Login into account panel or cpanel doesn't count toward your inactivity.

Hi,

my account panel name was the same as my forum name, is there anyway it can be traced through email address name, any details at all and I'll provide. please the work there took me a very long time and id hate to lose it, i did have it backed up but my backups failed. Any help would be much appreciated.
