Arrow Domain opens "index of" - no apparent reason!

    Hey everybody!

    www.abbiewg.com

Very basic problem, according to search i'm the only one. Either that shows it's a one of a kind, or it just means I'm missing something really simple...

When I go to my site I am shown the "Index of" and then I can select my actual index.html.
My public_html folder contains nothing other than my own index.html file. Except when it randomly adds a htaccess or a folder full of smilies for no reason.

My index.html was also auto-copied to the www folder, although I suspect this is standard.
I've tried putting my index.html in the main directory aswell, on the logic that I should be putting it one folder level higher, but to no avail.

    What am I doing wrong!?!

Thank you for taking the time to read this :-)

    Regards,
    Mark.

PS: I'm also having problems logging in on the ftp, I get a "530 Login authentication failed" even though I am absolutely certain I am using the correct pw. User name clears ok. Any help with that would also be great!

Change Index.html to index.html The servers here run on Linux which is case-sensitive.
