error connecting to mysql database

I get the following error when connecting to the database:

Can't connect to LimeSurvey database. Reason: #07000(proxy) all backends are down

Any suggestions? If this has to do with the update, could you let me know when they will be up and running

Cossacks MYSQL is not running correctly. I already Escalated the related thread http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-ho...e-new-one.html to ticket area.. staff will see this and solve this issue as soon as possible..
