Nothing is working...

When i try to go into Cpanel it cannot get to it. When I try to go to my site it cant get to it. And i got an email saying SMF cant connect to the Database. im running the free hosting and i need major help.

im using stoli and my site down however i can get into cpanel still. Was just told that MYSQL server is down on stoli at mo and they tryin to sort it i think...not sure if this is same problem for you though
