FTP Error 530 Login authentication failed

While i try a ftp connection to my site, i get this 530 error.
This is my error log.

Status: Resolving address of mysite.mysite.com
Status: Connecting to 74.63.233.7:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ----------
Response: 220-You are user number 9 of 50 allowed.
Response: 220-Local time is now 11:23. Server port: 21.
Response: 220-This is a private system - No anonymous login
Response: 220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.
Response: 220 You will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Command: USER myusername
Response: 331 User myusername OK. Password required
Command: PASS ******************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

How to solve this error?

Make sure you are using correct username and password..

also try using absolut.x10hosting.com as your FTP HOST

i have the same issue.

You try using cossacks.x10hsoting.com as your FTP HOST..
If still not working then open your own support thread.

Work like a charm!!!
The solution is changing ftp host to x10hosting subdomain first, not http://mysite.mysite.com.

But there is another problem, when i try to open my site with my custom domain name,
http://mysite.mysite.com

this is the result that i get,
http://mysite.mysite.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Any solution for this problem?

It is opening fine to me...

Flush your DNS http://kb.x10hosting.com/questions.php?questionid=16 and Clear your Browser Cache then try again.

restar my pc, not worked
using free web proxy, not worked too

every i try to access my site:

my site redirected to:
http://mysite.mysite.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
