    Unhappy Need help, redirected automatically

Hi X10hosting community support, I got this ticket from this thread
    http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-ho...on-failed.html

I got a problem, every i try to access my site:
    http://mysite.mysite.com

    my site "redirected automatically" to:
    http://mysite.mysite.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I have done several ways like:
    -flush dns, not worked
    -clear browser cache, not worked
    -restart my pc, not worked
-using free web proxy, not worked too

So, can you give me a solution for this situation?

    Thanks before.

You'll receive an email when staff responds to the ticket. Just reply to that email your response. There's no need to see the ticket itself. The corresponding emails will be added to that ticket.
