Account Suspended Less Than 30 DAYS!!! UGH!

My account gets suspended for inactivity constantly and always in under 30 days (see below). The last time it was suspended ONE DAY after unsuspending... why is this happening?

Suspension Details:

suspension Dec 1 You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every two weeks to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately

suspension Jan 16 You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately

unsuspension Jan 20 not applicable

suspension Jan 23 You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately

You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity.
cpanel or account panel Login does not counted.

Did you login here before un-suspending your Account??

Only logging on to Forums count.
cPanel and Account Panel do not.


If your are inactive, go to the Account Panel and unsuspend yourself, the system considers you inactive, puts you in the queue to suspend, and suspends you a bit (has been know to vary quite a bit) later.

Come to Forums, sign in. Wait a few minutes. Then unsuspend yourself. Usually works.

Thanks for your replies (boss & descalzo)! I was not aware of the forum work-around. I'll try this and re-post to this thread if it works for me. Peace!
