I was able to load your site and cPanel very fast. Are you at school or at work, because they could slow down traffic and block access to cPanel (port 2082).
Also, next time try to be more descriptive about the situation you are in. Really slow is not the best support request message.

I am having similar problems in the Cpanel. When I go to Advanced DNS, I get an AJAX error:
AJAX Failure! I failed 10 times in a row.
Please refresh the page and try again.
This is when I was trying to access the Zone File records to change/add CNAME records.
Even when I click on the "HOME" icon, it takes well over 30-60 seconds to load. I am currently at my home, I have approx 12Mbit download and 4Mbit upload. My connection is fine. I just ran the speedtest.
I am on the lotus.x10hosting.com server.
