Change cpanel password

Hi i just wanted to reset my cpanel password and reset my security question..
I should open a support ticket but for some reason I couldn't open support ticket..

Wait for an Account Manager there. They will reset your security answer..

I have reset the security question for you, next time you login to the account panel you should be asked to set a new one.

I couldn't log in to my cpanel,my account is suspended is that causing the problem??

You are suspended because of inactivity..

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on View Suspension Report on Right Sidebar. Unsuspend your account there..

Also Remember You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity. cpanel or account panel Login does not counted.
