The official reason is phishing.

"Phishing site uploaded on hosting account."

Next time be careful when uploading unknown code to your site.

Usually site suspended under zero tolerance policy r not suspended.They will be terminated after 10 days of suspension/.

Like vishal2 said this is a zero tolerance policy case and only if you delete everything and ask nicely maybe some account manager would unsuspended your account. Now the forum got an update to vB4 removing the escalate system so I can't escalate your problem to account managers. This means you have to wait for them to read this thread or post a support ticket but I don't think support ticket would do you any god cos it's a zero tolerance policy.

In any case if there's nothing important on that account I suggest you open another one and BE CAREFUL about what you upload to avoid getting banned for breaking zero tolerance policy multiple times.
