I can get in ftp, see all the files, ect.

but when i make a change, all says the change is done, yet my website doesn't reflect it.

this is the first time i've checked in my cpanel for awhile, but i never used to have this problem.

I had the same problem, but now I can't even CONNECT to my CPanel. It says:
can't establish a connection to the server at stoli.x10hosting.com:2083.

Is that happening to you now as well?

I believe that all stoli accounts were merged on to the chopin server try using your existing login at http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082

There was no merge for stoli accounts, stoli accounts is still on stoli.

Although there's currently some upgrades done to the free servers (cPanel upgrade), during this there may be connection issues.

To ensure you get the updated version of your site, try clearing browser cache

well, the best i could tell you is everything is SLOW.

basically sometimes i can get into the cPanel, but mostly i get unreliable use out of it things don't open right and if i sat around long enough to see it i don't even remember because i've had so many errors messing with it that it's not worth keeping track of.
