bandwidth indicator/chart not working

good day everyone, hope all's real good.

i would just like to ask why my bandwidth indicator/chart (http://[free-hosting-server].x10hosting.com:2082/frontend/x3/stats/bandwidth.html) is always showing "Monthly Bandwidth Transfer: 0 MB"

nothing on the graphs too for "Traffic for Today", "Traffic for Last 7 Days" and "Traffic for Last 12 Months".

uhm is there something wrong? i kinda need this info, so your help would be much appreciated. thanks much, guys

This is a current bug with the cPanel. This probably applies to all or most of the servers as I've seen this being reported before (Account Reset and Restart from Scratch, Is it possible?).

I'm on Chopin and it says 0.1 MB of bandwidth used and I'm sure I used a lot more than that.

i see. so does that also mean they can't tell how much bandwidth we've consumed or is it only us cpanel users who will see unreliable stats?

how do we resolve this?
