You can upload your site files using FTP in public_html Folder. Then if you had a domain name you can Park it in Cpanel and just point Nameservers to x10
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

But It Take a long! (in Iran internet speed is 56kbit per second)

56kb/s is fine speed, we have that in Zambia. How big is your site?

no, i have ADSL 1.5 Mbit/S From Fanava ADSL.56kb is Normal speed for people.
But my ADSL have traffic and it`s only 1GB/m.
That`s very little for site transfer.
