Deletion of Previous Support Threads

I want my previous closed support threads including this one to be deleted as soon as possible due to some personal privacy issues which I can't address here.

Ok & how can I close/open a thread?

Only moderators can close threads. If you wish to have this thread closed simply post something like "please close this thread" and a moderator will tend to it when they see it.
