    MS SQL Server databases

Well... I wanted to know whether is it possible to use MS SQL server database with a free hosting package?

If it is possible could any one please explain what should I do?

If it is not possible, is it possible to use use a MySQl database as the database of my ASP.NET site?

    Re: MS SQL Server databases

x10 doesn't offer mssql databases, and i am not sure if mono support for mssql is good.

x10 may have the .net mono connector already in the gac, but here is a copy you can just drop into the bin folder:
    http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net/

Make sure to change the platform to .NET & Mono

Read "ASP.Net for Beginners" and the many other threads on the topic. Next time, search first. If you're still having problems after going through existing information, post and we can help with your specific problems.
Be sure to read all pages linked in this post; they have further information that should prove useful. When asking for help, make sure you follow Eric Raymond's and Jon Skeet's guidelines for prompt, accurate responses. Please answer any questions I ask; they're not rhetorical (probably). Any posted code is intended as illustrative example, rather than a solution to your problem to be copied without alteration. Study it to learn how to write your own solution.
