My website is not working, I got a message about IP address change

When I tried to access to my website www.dieteticartigas.com.ar, or other subdomain of my account acahosting.x10hosting.com, I always got the message:

It may be possible to restore access to this site by following these instructions for clearing your dns cache.

I saw that there is similar problems for migrtions on server lotus , but my account is in chopin.
Please, help me !!!

Ok, but the mistake is because my cpanel said "server name: chopin". may be is due to the migration, but, Should I make any change on my cpanel to reflecct this situation?
