when will you guys restore my website it has been more than 1 month my website is inactive
I am receiving lot of mails from my readers and they all are frustrated on me.

I am also facing financial loss due to my site down time.
Please tell me when my site would be back.

Ya status of my support request says it has been escalated
But it had been more than 20 days the ticket has been escalated but till now no action has been taken.

Problem: Files missing from the migration TO fris.

This is at least the third ticket on this.
