switched main domain, now site gives error

www.halicore.com is the site, halicore.net was the previous

files are there,but it says
"If you are the web site owner, it is possible you have reached this page because:

•The IP address has changed.
•There has been a server misconfiguration.
•The site may have been moved to a different server"

Can you advise on how to fix this? I submitted a support request early yesterday but I think it got lost in the shuffle. Thanks!
