Website doesn't working anymore

My Hosting Server is on boru and doesn't work anymore. I have 2 domains in my account:

danielroque.com.ar
aliro.com.ar

username: mroque

I can access to my cpanel, but I can't access to the ftp and both webs are down. There's any way to "reset" the account or restart the domains?
