Hello, it seems your backup was lost in our server maintenance, do you have a local backup we can restore for you instead?

1. You are on Fris. It is still being moved. So you do not have the same problem.
2. When they announce that the Fris move is complete, if you have problems, start a new thread.
3. Adding your complaint to another person's thread is a really good way to have your complaint overlooked.
