Hi, I've been on the forums, but my suspension hasn't been lifted yet.

You still have to request it get unsuspended, which you pretty much just did. It's not a zero-tolerance suspension, but with the recent server move and the time you got suspended, your account did NOT automatically get restored. Staff will see this and get you unsuspended and restore the account manually.

Not permanent though, and relatively easy to fix for someone whose WHM backend status still works
